It’s about halfway through the summer and by this time many of us have already been to the beach or elsewhere soaking up the sun. Everyone loves these months for darker skin and lighter hair. This time of year is also perfect for glowing skin! You can enhance the color you’ve gained from sun exposure with one of my newly discovered favorite products! When I discovered Melanie Mills Hollywood Gleam Body Radiance, I was eager to get my hands on it. I love a summer glow and I was so excited to find the product that I had been searching for.
Gleam Body Radiance comes in three different shades. It can be used all over your body, certain parts of your body that you want to highlight or your face. I chose Deep Gold because I thought it would look best on my skin tone. There is a shade for all skin tones but any skin tone can use any of the shades depending on personal preference. I started with the travel/trial size of 1.0 fluid oz that retails at $15. It’s a small bottle but a little goes a long way. I’ve used it all over by body about 5 times and I still have more than enough left! Gleam Body Radiance may look like a self tanner but it is not. If you apply enough, it can give you the look of a self tanner but it will wash off in the shower. I use it to enhance my natural complexion and add a glow! It’s transfer resistance, non-staining and non streaking. Once you apply, you blend it and build it to your desired look.

Not only can you use Gleam Body Radiance on your body as body makeup, but you can use it on your face as well. You can use it to highlight or whatever you like. For instance, I mixed some in with my foundation to give my skin an overall glow. I created a makeup look demonstrating how I use it on my face. On top of the product mixed into my foundation, I applied a light contour and highlight. I then created a pink/orange eye look with the Urban Decay Electric Palette and Morphe Jaclyn Hill Favorites Palette. I topped it off with a Colourpop Metallic Lip in Man Eater.
